The DIEHL Metering Group’sIZARRadioDataConcentratorSTANDARDis a Smart Metering transceiver based on the Open Metering System Specifications (OMS-S). Interoperability, data logging, remote configuration and prepared bidirectionality make it a core product for future full-coverage Smart Metering roll-outs with a multi-utility approach. The IZAR RDC STANDARD is designed for implementing a radio fixed network with excellent cost-effectiveness and technical specification.
The BLUETOOTH RECEIVER is used for mobile walk-by or drive-by meter reading. The received radio data are transmitted via Bluetooth to the IZAR POCKET handheld computer.
The IZAR RECEIVER M-BUS is used for stationary reading of consumption meters with IZAR RADIO or Open Metering radio protocol. Remote reading and data logging of these meters will be done in combination with an IZAR CENTER M-Bus master.
The IZAR RECEIVER DISPLAY is able to do a stationary reading of up to 10 meters with IZAR RADIO or Open Metering radio protocol. This way, a clear representation of meter and consumption values in the living area can be done. The result is an optimisation of consumption and an efficient handling of the resources.
The receivers are used for automatic, stationary remote meter reading in residential areas with single-family and multi-family houses, high-rise buildings, offices and industrial buildings and facilities.
The IZAR RECEIVER M-BUS E is used for stationary reading of up to 4 Open Metering or IZAR RADIO consumption meters. Remote reading of these meters and logging of meter data will be done in combination with an ECHELON electricity meter with integrated M-Bus master interface.
The receiver is used for automatic, stationary remote meter reading in houses, buildings and facilities where no electric power supply is available.
The IZAR RDC PREMIUM is the most powerfulRadioDataConcentrator of the Diehl Metering RDC product family. It makes wide area fixed networks ready for mass data transmission and network monitoring. With a maximum of four high-performance radio receivers, state of the art embedded technology and an industrial design, made for harsh outdoor conditions, it contributes significantly to a reduction of concentrator locations. Interoperability is achieved by the conformity to Open Metering Standard.
